Services and eligibility
We provide website development, website SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, digital marketing, Google Ads management and Meta Ads management. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the purchasing business. The purchased package and agreed written scope define deliverables.
Prices and payments
All prices are in USD. One-time packages are charged once; monthly packages are billed monthly while active. Applicable taxes, if any, must be disclosed before payment. Advertising spend, hosting, domains and third-party licenses are not included unless expressly stated. Advertising spend is paid directly to Google/Meta. Online payments are currently unavailable; no payment is collected through this website.
Monthly billing and cancellation
Once recurring payments are enabled and authorized, monthly packages renew on the agreed billing date until cancelled. Written cancellation notice must reach us at least 7 days before the next billing date to stop the next cycle. No long-term contract is required. See the Cancellation Policy.
Client responsibilities
Provide accurate business information, lawful content, timely feedback and necessary account access. You retain responsibility for your products, claims and compliance with platform rules. Delayed inputs may extend delivery dates. Do not send passwords or financial data through the contact form; access arrangements are agreed during onboarding.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive rights to the custom final deliverables created for your project, except our pre-existing methods, reusable tools and third-party materials. Third-party assets remain governed by their licenses. You warrant that you have permission to use the materials you supply.
Performance and third parties
We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, revenue, ad approvals or return on advertising spend. Google, Meta and other third parties may change policies or algorithms. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability relating to a service is limited to the fees paid for that service during the preceding three months. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and disputes
Either party may terminate for a material breach after reasonable written notice and an opportunity to resolve it. Refund eligibility follows the Refund Policy. Please contact us first to discuss concerns; this does not waive your legal or payment dispute rights. Pennsylvania law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
