Onboarding
After an order is confirmed, we arrange an onboarding call or form to collect goals, content and required account permissions. The delivery period begins once payment, required materials and access have been received. We confirm scope and any dependencies before starting.
One-time delivery timelines
GMB Profile Optimization: 3 business days. GMB SEO: 7 business days. Starter Website: 7 business days. Business Website: 14 business days. E-commerce Website: 21 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Delayed client feedback or third-party approval may extend timelines; we communicate material changes.
Monthly services
SEO and ads management are delivered across each monthly service cycle. Reports are monthly for Basic and Standard SEO and Google Ads Starter, bi-weekly for Google Ads Growth, and weekly for Google Ads Pro and Meta Ads Pro. Other updates and initial setup milestones are agreed during onboarding.
Delivery method
Final work, reports and handover instructions are supplied by email, shared documents or access to the relevant website or platform account. A client dashboard is used only if separately agreed. Please confirm you can access the delivered files and accounts.
Revisions
One consolidated round of reasonable revisions within the agreed scope is included. Submit feedback within 7 days of delivery. Corrections for deliverables that do not meet the agreed scope are addressed separately. Additional rounds, new functionality or changed requirements are quoted before work proceeds.
