How long does delivery take?
Google Business Profile services take 3–7 business days. Websites take 7–21 business days depending on the package. Timelines start after onboarding, required content and account access are received. Monthly services are delivered over each billing cycle.
How do payments work?
Prices are in USD. Website and profile packages are one-time purchases; SEO and ads management packages are monthly. You can pay securely by card at checkout.
Can I request a refund?
A full refund is available if you request it before work begins. Once work starts, eligible partial refunds reflect the work not yet completed. Completed work and third-party advertising spend are non-refundable.
Are revisions included?
One consolidated round of reasonable revisions within the agreed scope is included. Submit feedback within 7 days of delivery. New features or changes outside the original scope are quoted separately.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No long-term contract is required for monthly packages. Send written cancellation notice at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Do you guarantee rankings or advertising results?
No. Search rankings and advertising performance depend on competition, platform changes, your budget and other factors. We deliver the agreed services and transparent reporting, not guaranteed outcomes.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Advertising spend is paid directly to Google/Meta and is not included in the package price.
Do you ship physical products?
No. All our services are digital and are delivered electronically or through the relevant website or platform account.
