Monthly packages
Send written notice to info@adcdiscountllc.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Include your name, order number and package. We will confirm receipt and the effective cancellation date. A request received later may take effect after the next service cycle.
Current cycle and work in progress
Unless agreed otherwise, services continue through the paid cycle. Work already completed remains payable. For a one-time project, notify us as soon as possible so we can stop remaining work and determine any refund under the Refund Policy.
Account access and handover
We coordinate delivery of paid completed work and removal of our account access. You remain responsible for any advertising campaigns, hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions under your ownership. Stopping our management does not automatically pause ad spend; confirm campaign settings directly with Google or Meta.
No penalties for future cycles
There is no separate long-term contract termination fee. Any refund or outstanding amount is determined by completed work and authorized third-party costs, subject to applicable law.
